One parent said that her son came home from school and told her about a problem he had been having with several students. He hadn't opened up until that day because he felt overwhelmed, and didn't think anything could be done about it. During a conversation with Mr. Thibault that day the student realized that he was not alone. A connection had been made that boosted the student's confidence and helped change his perspective.
